Digital Items means virtual in-game items, skins, digital inventory, or related digital products made available through the Website.
Confidential Information means any information marked as Confidential or Proprietary, or which should reasonably be understood to be confidential by its nature or the circumstances of disclosure, including but not limited to business plans, strategies, customer information, transaction data, technical information, methods, and related business materials.
Customer means any individual who accesses or uses the Website, including any person who purchases or attempts to purchase Digital Items or Services from the Service Provider.

Sanctions and Jurisdiction Restrictions means restrictions applicable to individuals, entities, or jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or identified as high-risk by the European Union, FATF, United Kingdom, or other applicable regulatory authorities.
Third-Party Platform Providers means third-party platforms, publishers, game developers, or related service providers whose virtual in-game items, digital inventory, or other digital content may be accessible through the Website.
Website means the website operated by the Service Provider and available at www.playstoner.com.
Services means the services, functionality, and related features made available by the Service Provider through the Website under these Terms and Conditions.
System means any software, platform, infrastructure, or technical solution operated by the Service Provider or its partners in connection with the provision of the Services.

Description of Services
The Website provides a platform for the purchase of Digital Items. Digital Items available on the Website are virtual in-game items related to games and third-party platforms, and all related rights remain with their respective owners. The Service is considered fulfilled upon successful delivery of the Digital Items to the Customer's designated account. The Website reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud or compliance concerns.
The Website provides access to third-party platform data, including but not limited to images, titles, and descriptions of virtual items in games such as Counter-Strike 2, Dota 2, Rust, and TF2. Such data remains the property of the respective rights holders and is provided as available on the platform. The Website cannot guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or error-free nature of such information and it should be used at the Customer's discretion. Please note that the Website is not officially associated with or endorsed by any third-party platform provider. All trademarks and related content belong to their respective owners.

Service Eligibility and Restricted Jurisdictions
The use of the Services is permitted only to individuals who are at least 18 years old or have otherwise reached the age of legal capacity in their jurisdiction of residence. Individuals using the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian are not permitted to access or use the Website.
The Services are not available to individuals or entities located in jurisdictions subject to international sanctions or identified as high-risk jurisdictions by the European Union, United Nations, United Kingdom, United States, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF), or other applicable regulatory authorities.
Restricted jurisdictions include, but are not limited to, jurisdictions subject to international sanctions, embargoes, or other regulatory restrictions, including Afghanistan, Belarus, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, as well as any temporarily occupied or otherwise restricted territories.

Order Restrictions and Customer Verification
The Website reserves the right to reject any order, as well as limit or cancel the number of Digital Items purchased by a single individual, household, account, or order in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or compliance concerns. Such restrictions may apply to orders placed using the same Customer account, payment method, billing information, IP address, device, or other related identifiers. In the event of order changes, limitations, or cancellations, the Website may attempt to notify the Customer using the contact details provided during the order process. Orders placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or other commercial parties may also be limited or prohibited.
It is the Customer's responsibility to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information for all orders placed on the Website, including account, billing, and payment details. The Customer is also responsible for maintaining updated contact information, including email address and payment information, in order to avoid issues related to transactions, delivery, or communication.
The Website reserves the right to verify Customer information and request supporting documentation where necessary for verification, anti-fraud, compliance, and identity confirmation purposes. This may include, but is not limited to, official identification documents, payment verification details, proof of account ownership, authorization data, or additional contact information. Requested documentation must be provided within 3 (three) business days unless otherwise specified by the Website. Failure to provide the requested information within this timeframe may result in refusal of registration, restriction or suspension of access to Services, cancellation of orders, or delay of delivery, with a corresponding refund where applicable.

Order Handling and Delivery
Your orders are processed upon receipt of successful payment confirmation. Digital Items are delivered subject to the availability of the selected items and are generally delivered immediately after the order is processed. In certain circumstances, including temporary unavailability of selected items or additional order verification, delivery may take longer. Delivery is considered complete once the Digital Items appear in the Customer's account.

Payment Conditions
Digital Items must be paid in full before they are delivered to the Customer.
Payments for Digital Items may be made using available payment methods displayed on the Website, including credit and debit cards. The applicable amount will be charged at the moment the order is placed and payment is successfully authorized.
The Website does not store full payment card details. Payment transactions are securely processed by independent third-party payment service providers in accordance with applicable laws and industry security standards.
Certain payment providers, banks, or financial institutions may charge additional fees, commissions, currency conversion fees, or transaction charges. Any such fees shall be borne by the Customer. In the event of an approved refund, the Service Provider shall only return the net amount received for the Digital Item, and any original third-party payment processing fees or currency conversion losses are non-refundable. The minimum order value on the Website is 5.00 GBP or the equivalent amount in another supported currency, where applicable.
The Customer is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date billing, payment, and account information in connection with any order placed on the Website. Failure to provide accurate or complete information may result in transaction delays, payment rejection, additional verification procedures, or order cancellation.
All payments made through the Website are subject to verification, fraud prevention, security, and compliance checks performed by the Service Provider and/or third-party payment service providers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Customers are encouraged to contact Customer Support at general@playstoner.com in order to resolve any payment-related issues, refund requests, or transaction concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank or payment provider.
If a Customer initiates a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute without a valid reason, including in cases where Digital Items or Services have already been successfully delivered or used, the Service Provider reserves the right to:
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may constitute a violation of these Terms and Conditions and may be treated as fraudulent activity or friendly fraud where applicable.
- -suspend or permanently terminate the Customer's account;
- -restrict or refuse access to the Services;
- -dispute the chargeback or payment dispute with the relevant payment provider using available transaction records, account activity, delivery confirmations, logs, or other supporting evidence;
- -refuse future transactions or Services to the Customer where permitted by applicable law.

Liability Limitations
The Service Provider, its affiliates, representatives, directors, employees, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Website, its content, or materials accessible through the Website. This includes damages caused by errors, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or emails, bugs, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, regardless of the cause. This also applies to damages caused by events beyond the Service Provider's reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunication failures, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, and unauthorized access to the Service Provider's systems.
Customers shall not be entitled to claim any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of goodwill, loss of profits, theft or corruption of user information, inability to use the Website, or any unlawful or unauthorized activities of third parties.
The sole remedy available to the Customer is to discontinue the use of the Website and Services. The Service Provider, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, unauthorized access to systems or data, or any Customer content arising from the use of the Website or Services.
Under no circumstances shall the total liability of the Service Provider, its affiliates, agents, directors, employees, suppliers, or licensors exceed the amount paid by the respective Customer to the Service Provider in connection with the relevant order or transaction. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the basis of the alleged liability, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if the Service Provider has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Customer's Obligations
The Customer agrees to defend and hold harmless the Website, the Service Provider, and its owners and employees from any claims or demands made by a third party arising out of the Customer's breach of these Terms and Conditions or violation of any applicable laws or third-party rights. If legal action is taken in connection with the enforcement of these Terms and Conditions, the Service Provider shall be entitled to recover all related costs and legal fees, in addition to any other compensation granted by a competent court, where permitted by applicable law.
Additionally, the Customer shall comply with all provisions set out in these Terms and Conditions and shall not engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activities, including but not limited to violation of applicable laws or regulations, infringement of intellectual property rights, provision of false or misleading information, distribution of malicious software or code, unauthorized collection of personal information, spamming, scraping, or use of the Website or Services for any unlawful, offensive, or improper purposes.
The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Website or Services in the event of any violation of these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.

The Service Provider may collect, use, store, and process personal data provided by the Customer or obtained from third parties for the purposes of providing the Services, processing orders and payments, delivering Digital Items, improving the quality and security of the Services, complying with applicable laws and regulations, exercising legitimate business interests, and for other purposes described in the Privacy Policy.

Website Information and Changes
It is possible that information available on the Website or within the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, availability, or other Website content. The Website reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies, errors, or omissions, as well as to update or modify information or cancel orders where necessary, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Service Provider may also add, remove, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or Services. Any updated version of these Terms and Conditions will be published on the Website. Customers are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions regularly for updates. Continued use of the Website or Services after any changes have been published shall constitute acceptance of such changes.

Confidentiality
Both parties agree to use Confidential Information only to the extent necessary for the purposes permitted under these Terms and Conditions or otherwise authorized by the other party. Both parties shall maintain the confidentiality of such information and shall not disclose it to any third party except as permitted under these Terms and Conditions or required by applicable law.
Commercial terms, including but not limited to pricing, dates, deliverables, and other non-public business information, shall be treated as Confidential Information. Neither party shall publicly disclose or reference such information without prior consent of the other party.
Exceptions to confidentiality obligations may apply where disclosure is required by applicable law or regulatory authorities, or where disclosure is made to legal advisors, accountants, banks, financing providers, auditors, or professional advisors subject to confidentiality obligations. Confidential Information may also be disclosed in connection with corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, or financing activities, provided reasonable steps are taken to maintain confidentiality where applicable.

Applicable Law & Regulations, Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
We aim to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If you have a concern, please contact our Customer Support email. If unresolved, formal complaints can be submitted to our respective office addresses, including your contact details, a description of the issue, and relevant documents.
Unresolved disputes shall be first put to mediation, with costs shared equally. If further resolution is needed, the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims).
This process does not limit either party's right to seek immediate legal relief in urgent cases, such as intellectual property violations.

The Website reserves the right to at any time update, amend or modify any part of these Terms and Conditions or to otherwise change the Service or any part thereof, without prior notice. Any amendment to the Terms and Conditions or the Service shall become binding upon publication on the Website.
