Cookie policy

This Cookie Policy explains how Playstoner uses cookies, browser storage, and similar technologies, and how you can manage your consent choices.

Last updated: 28 May 2026

  1. 01

    How consent works on Playstoner

When you first visit the Website, a cookie banner lets you allow all cookies, deny optional cookies, or customize your choices. Your selection is stored in the cc_cookie browser cookie so your preferences are remembered on future visits.

You can reopen cookie settings at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer to change or withdraw consent.

  2. 02

    Strictly necessary

These technologies are required for the Website to function and cannot be disabled through the consent banner. They support secure sign-in, session management, cart storage, checkout, fraud prevention, and payment processing hand-offs.

    • -Authentication and session cookies used by Better Auth.
    • -Cart and wishlist cookies that keep your selections while you browse.
    • -Security and load-balancing cookies needed to protect the storefront.
  3. 03

    Statistics

Statistics cookies help us understand how visitors use the catalog, checkout, and account areas. They are only activated after you consent to the Statistics category.

    • -Traffic and page-view measurement, such as Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid) when enabled.
    • -Aggregated performance data used to improve navigation, search, and checkout flows.
  4. 04

    Marketing

Marketing cookies measure advertising performance and campaign attribution. They are only activated after you consent to the Marketing category.

    • -Advertising conversion cookies such as _gcl_aw or _gcl_dc when Google Ads tags are enabled.
    • -Social and campaign attribution cookies such as _fbp, _fbc, utm_* parameters, or acamp-style campaign identifiers when those tools are enabled.
  5. 05

    Local storage and similar technologies

In addition to cookies, the Website may use browser local storage for strictly necessary shop functionality, such as remembering interface state that improves performance during a session. Optional analytics or marketing tools may also use local storage only after the matching consent category is granted.

  6. 06

    Third-party payment cookies

When you pay by card, you are redirected to our payment provider's secure checkout page. That provider may set its own strictly necessary cookies to process the transaction, prevent fraud, and meet card-scheme security requirements. Those cookies are controlled by the payment provider and are not used for Playstoner marketing unless you separately consent on their domain.

  7. 07

    Changing or withdrawing consent

Use the Cookie settings control in the footer to reopen the preferences modal and update your choices at any time. Withdrawing consent for Statistics or Marketing stops the related scripts from running on future page loads and clears the optional cookies configured for those categories where possible.

You can also delete cookies through your browser settings, but doing so may sign you out or empty your cart depending on which cookies are removed.
